1.  Implement the system of recruitment, hiring, training, performance appraisal, and termination.

2. Properly implement the functionalities of the time & attendance security system (HRIS).

3.  Assist to department’s manager in performing different kinds of tasks related to HR & compliance management.

4. Maintain each department’s updated employee strength report.

5. Prepare the reports of new hires, pay changes, departmental transfers, and terminated employees regularly.

6. Maintain updated employee files and ensure that each record must be according to labor law and COC’s

Requirements

7.  Obtain/Mark the daily attendance of all employees.

8.  Maintain updated employee casual, Medical, and annual leave records.

9.  Keep an updated record of health & safety.

11. Prepare and maintain the production staff’s overtime authorization record regularly

12. Any additional task given by the management.
