A US Base Company Needs Sales Executive / Manager / Key Accounts Manager / Customer Success Specialist is responsible for making outbound calls on behalf of a company to reach out to potential customers or clients. The primary objective of an outbound call center voice agent is to generate sales, collect feedback, conduct surveys or to schedule appointments.

US Shift - Time: 05 PM to 02 AM

Australia Shift – Time: 03 AM to 11:30 PM

Responsibilities

  1. Making outbound calls to potential customers to promote a product or service
  2. Handling customer inquiries and providing information about the company's products or services
  3. Processing customer orders and scheduling appointments
  4. Entering customer information into a database or CRM system
  5. Meeting or exceeding sales or performance goals
  6. Providing excellent customer service and building customer relationships
  7. Resolving customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
  8. Staying up-to-date with new products and services, as well as changes to company policies and procedures
  9. Attending team meetings and training sessions
  10. Adhering to company guidelines and regulations.

It is also important for a voice agent to have the ability to multitask, work well under pressure, and to have a positive attitude.

Qualifications

  1. High school diploma or equivalent
  2. Strong communication and customer service skills
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
  4. Proficient with basic computer skills
  5. Sales or customer service experience is a plus
  6. Fluency in English
  7. Ability to meet performance goals
  8. Good listening and problem-solving skills
  9. Flexibility to work in different shifts.

It is also important for a voice agent to have a clear speaking voice, a positive attitude and being able to work well in a team.
