We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will have experience in the IT and CCTV security sector, with strong skills in identifying market trends, developing sales strategies, and building lasting client relationships. Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Analysis: Identify emerging trends in IT and CCTV security, analyzing market demands and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with clients, ensuring they receive tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Sales Lifecycle Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales lifecycle, from lead generation to post-sale support.
  • Business Planning & Strategy: Develop and implement business plans and sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to design and deliver customized IT and security solutions that align with client requirements.
  • Industry Knowledge: Leverage your understanding of IT services, including cloud solutions, networking, software, and CCTV security, to provide expert guidance to clients.
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrate clear and effective verbal and written communication, ensuring smooth interactions with clients, partners, and internal teams.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the IT or security sectors.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT services, including cloud, networking, software solutions, and CCTV security.
  • Sales & Strategy: Proven ability to develop business plans, sales strategies, and identify market trends to drive growth.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and solutions.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
