Development of inventory control system and controls across all the retail branches.
Stock management system that will ensure accuracy is maintained is support of the business.
Ensure accuracy of inventory quantities and costs
Provide comprehensive feedback and analysis to management of inventory levels and other kpi's
Plan organize and lead regular cycle count excercise and the annual year end stock count.
Manage the inentory transfer process between the locations
Ensure all incoming & outgoing products and managed according to the company procedure.
