- Provide clients with detailed product knowledge and guidance to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
Customer Support:
- Offer exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the design and development teams to align client needs with product capabilities.
- Collaborate with marketing to promote products through various channels.
