We are looking for experienced Call Center Representatives If you have a call center background, and a British and American accent, it will be considered a plus (females are encouraged to apply).
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Making outbound calls and scheduling appointments
- Efficiently Respondent to customer queries, explaining possible solutions and ensuring customers feel supported and valued
- Taking ownership of customer issues reported and bringing these to resolution
- Build sustainable relationships of trust with customers through open and interactive communication
- Verify and collect accurate information
- Sending out emails and texts
- Follow up with clients.
- Provide accurate, valid, and right methods/tools.
- Record Keeping Related to calls.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Exceptional English communication skills, and good written skills.
- Understanding of company products, services, and policies
- Proficiency with computers, especially with excel good typing skills
- Active listener
- Night Shift(Pick & drop services will be provided by company)
- Preferably should have 1-2+ years of experience
