We are seeking energetic and goal-oriented Sales Executives to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for driving sales, generating leads, and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. You will play a critical role in achieving our monthly sales target.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and generate leads through outbound calls, emails, and networking.
- Schedule and conduct sales meetings with prospective clients to pitch products/services.
- Maintain and manage a pipeline of prospects using CRM software.
- Build strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer retention.
- Meet or exceed individual sales quotas contributing to the overall team target.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently.
- Provide regular updates on sales progress, forecasts, and challenges to the Sales Manager.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align efforts and strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales performance metrics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
