Represent company in dealing with customer concerns
Support customers in the installation, modification, and repair of products
Solve Power and UPS problems at customer site
Interact with customers by phone/face to face depending on the level and type of support required
Oversee the installation of product, repair and analyze a failed product or provide customer-site maintenance (such as replacing batteries, fans, etc)
Identify and report failure modes encountered when in the field and determine the cause of these failures
Isolate and rectify equipment installation problems and provide reports on these issues
