We are looking for fresh graduates for the position of Ecommerce Specialist / Product Listing Specialist

Proper Training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation and Management: Create, manage, and optimize product listings across multiple online platforms including Amazon Seller Central, ensuring all details adhere to platform standards and guidelines. Craft engaging product titles, descriptions, and images to enhance click-through rates and conversions.
  • Amazon Seller Central Expertise: Leverage experience with Amazon Seller Central to manage product listings, analyze key metrics, conduct advertising campaigns, and evaluate competitors to drive sales and improve our market position.
  • Online Store Growth: Work towards expanding our online retail store (sirs-e.us) by developing and implementing targeted marketing strategies to boost e-commerce sales, improve search engine rankings, and enhance overall online visibility.
  • Social Media Management: Manage our social media profiles to create engaging content, increase brand awareness, and foster a positive community around our brand.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and potential growth opportunities in the e-commerce landscape.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, from browsing to purchase and post-purchase interactions.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor website analytics and performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and optimize e-commerce operations.
  • Copywriting: Utilize strong copywriting skills to craft compelling product descriptions, promotional materials, and other online content to entice and educate our customers.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, best practices in e-commerce, and digital marketing to keep our online business competitive and forward-thinking.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum years of experience in e-commerce, specifically with Amazon Seller Central.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce, preferably in a role involving Amazon Seller Central and other online retail platforms.
  • Proficiency in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, content management systems, and SEO best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent written communication skills for effective copywriting and content creation.
  • Graphic design skills are a plus, but not a necessity.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
