We are seeking motivated and articulate Customer Information Representatives to join our team. The ideal candidates will have strong communication skills in English and will be responsible for engaging with US-based customers to gather personal information.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via chat to extract and record personal information.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of collected data.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with chat software.
- Minimum education: Bachelor of Arts (B.A).
- Age between 18 to 30 years old.
- Open to both male and female applicants.
