Following are the roles and responsibilities:
- Posting across all the social media platforms, designing, and Content.
- Maximizing the number of leads that can be generated from each and every platform.
- Maintaining a social presence on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Find ways to increase visibility.
- Following up with the leads and updating the operations team.
- Monitor SEO & Customer engagement & suggest content optimization.
- Moderate user-generated content in line with the moderation policy.
- Monitor regularly, keep tracking the latest trends, and formulate the content accordingly.
