We are looking for a skilled and experienced Cold Caller to join our sales team. This role involves reaching out to potential customers, handling objections, and setting appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills in English, and the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.

Responsibilities:

Conduct cold calls to prospective clients, introducing them to our solar panel solutions.
Set up qualified appointments with interested customers for the sales team.
Handle objections and address customer concerns professionally.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
Meet and exceed weekly/monthly targets for calls made and appointments set.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1-2 years of cold calling experience, preferably in a sales or telemarketing role.
Excellent verbal communication skills and fluency in English.
Strong objection-handling skills and the ability to stay composed under pressure.
Proven experience in appointment setting and lead generation.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
