Realizing the importance of education as a foundation of a fitness instructor’s expertise, we are the first and the only health club in Pakistan to have established an in-house Instructor certification program thereby ensuring that each of our fitness instructors is subjected to rigorous theoretical and practical training in order to be declared as a Shapes Certified Health & Fitness Instructor. The course content covers basic education from CPR (Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation), Human Anatomy, Physiology, Kineseology, Fitness testing etc.
