It serves as exclusive local agent to a wide selection of European products ranging from hotel catering equipment to sportswear. Al Fajer Department Stores presently handles regional marketing of SPRING LTD, of Switzerland hotel catering equipment like stainless/capper/silver plated chafing dishes, Flambe trolleys, Pans, frying pans, steel trays and fondue sets, amongst others.

It also represents RUG DOCTOR, U. S. A. a carpet maintenance outfit; LIMOGES CASTEL of France importers of fine porcelain and gold plated gift items; FISCHER GESELLSCHAFT MBH of Austria and SNAUWERT N.V. of Belgium, manufacturers of Fischer and Snauwaert sports and accessories for tennis, squash and badminton.

In 1994, Al Fajer Department Stores opened its first showroom at Wafi Shopping Mall, Aprt from its present exclusive agency rights on various European products, A.F.D.S. plans to expand its trading acquisitions to the Asian market in the very near future
