Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the company’s customer base. Conduct prospecting activities, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients and value of our insurance products.
Assess clients’ insurance needs through in-depth consultations, and recommend appropriate coverage options that align with their requirements and budget.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any issues or inquiries in a timely manner.
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company. Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry. A strong track record of achieving sales targets is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Strong negotiation and presentation skills are essential.
Ability to learn quickly and utilize new technology and tools.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
