We are looking for a seasoned CFO to oversee all financial and other strategic aspects of our organization, including financial planning, taxation cashflow management, costing, budgeting, forecasting, reporting etc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve business objectives
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Oversee financial reporting, analysis, and compliance
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions
- Develop and maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other stakeholders
- Provide strategic guidance on mergers, acquisitions, etc.
- Lead and develop a high-performing finance team
- Manage Company level taxation and corporate affairs
Requirements:
- Qualified CA/ACCA or equivalent degree
- Minimum 13-15 years of experience preferably in the textile industry
- Proven track record of leadership and strategic financial management
- Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, laws, and standards
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle etc.) and financial software environment
- Experience in textile spinning mills or related industries
- Familiarity with Pakistani tax laws and regulations
