Job brief

We are looking for an individual who understands and can become a bridge between our customers and brand. They will be responsible for overall brand communication design and execution, consistency in engaging with customers through latest technology, responding to customer questions, developing engaging polls, and podcasts etc. Also, reassuring prospective customers of other brands’ shortcomings, leading to our audience’s reaction to what we are saying and doing regarding their interests.

 Responsibilities

  • Researching on western style street wear concept and developing an understanding on how we can engage with our customers.
  • Segment our niche target audience to develop a communication plan for each category.
  • Develop podcast and live interview ideas that will influence our target audience.
  • Promoting our products and services during events.
  • Coordinating the design of promotional material and distribute in online and offline channels.
  • Participating in local art council events and present our brand in a unique way.
  • Visiting universities, colleges, and schools of our target audience and develop our brand advocates.
  • Attending annual convocations, university and college events, and incubation centres to present our brand among our target audience.
  • Crafting and sending regular newsletters with company updates.
  • Planning on starting a video blog based on celebrity interviews, target audience gossips, latest fashion news, lifestyle updates etc.
  • Networking with industry experts and potential customers to drive brand awareness.
  • Develop a feedback mechanism for sales, design, and production department.
  • Keeping a close eye on local nationwide events like concerts, art exhibitions, and stand up comedy etc. to present our brand for brand awareness.
  • Researching top local restaurants and their customers – and then planning on how we can present our brand to their customers.
  • Researching on top outdoor marketing strategic locations and how can we utilise them with minimum cost and maximum output.
  • Developing marketing slogans, tag lines, catchy lines, and creative conversations.

 Requirements

  • Minimum bachelors in marketing, journalism, advertising, business communication, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4-5 years’ experience as marketing communication specialist.
  • Experience with marketing campaigns on social media.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills that may include public speaking and presentations.
  • Proficient with Microsoft office suite and related software.
  • Proficient in research methodologies.
