Key Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of Quality Control, Production, and Packing Processes
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
- Ability to Work under Pressure
- Familiarity with Process Improvement Techniques
- Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Basic Computer Skills (e.g., MS Office)
- Proficiency in Data Analysis and Reporting
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Principles
- Ability to Implement and Monitor KPIs
- Experience with ERP Systems
- Ability to Coordinate with Cross-Functional Teams
Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Diploma
- 3-4 year in Quality Production and Operation
- Excellent communication, multitasking, time management and problem-solving skills.
