Requirements:

Bachelor's degree holder - 1-2 years experience as a Coordinator in a reputable school or daycare (preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email)

Job Responsibilities:

Parent Communication:

Handle parent inquiries and concerns
Coordinate parent-teacher meetings
Maintain open communication channels

Staff Management:

Supervise and support teaching staff
Conduct training sessions
Evaluate staff performance

Administration:

Manage petty cash and maintain records
Handle day-to-day correspondence
Maintain accurate documentation and filing
Child Safety and Well-being:
Ensure compliance with safety policies
Monitor and report any incidents
Maintain a safe and healthy environment

Operations:

Coordinate daily activities and events
Manage inventory and supplies
Maintain center's cleanliness and organization

Reporting:

Prepare and submit reports to management
Track and analyze attendance, enrollment, and other metrics

Compliance:

Adhere to company policies and procedures
Ensure regulatory compliance

The Catcokids are meant to provide a safe environment for young children, to ensure their healthy growth, sanitation, nutrition, play material, cradles, beds, and a supervisor who can provide a stimulating environment to the children in the absence of their parents.
