Responsibilities:

General Ledger Maintenance: Record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other transactions accurately in the company's general ledger.
Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements on a regular basis to support management decision-making.
Bank Reconciliations: Conduct monthly bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of the company's financial records and identify any discrepancies promptly.
Accounts Payable and Receivable: Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice verification, payment processing, and collections.
Budget Assistance: Collaborate with the finance team to provide support during budgeting and forecasting processes by gathering and analyzing financial data.
Financial Analysis: Perform variance analysis to understand discrepancies between actual financial results and budgeted/planned amounts.
Audit Support: Assist in providing necessary documentation and explanations during internal and external audits.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to accounting principles, company policies, and relevant regulations.
Financial Record Maintenance: Organize and maintain financial records, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and accessibility.
Financial Software and Tools: Utilize accounting software and tools proficiently to streamline financial processes and reporting.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and provide insights to support their activities.
