• Ensure all day-to-day functions of the debriefing process perform smoothly.
  • Call on every consignee for undelivered shipments and confirm the reason for shipments.
  • Check and verify each return shipment physically for proper packaging thoroughly.
  • Maintain and Update the status in the system.
  • Ensure a follow-up of the zero-value shipments from the consignee.
  • Coordinate with the Call Center and Return department on a daily basis for smooth working.
  • Guide and help riders with proper proof of deliveries scan in the Rider APP.
  • Any other work assigned by the Debriefing Manager.
