We are seeking a talented individual who is passionate about understanding user needs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving the evolution of our digital products.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand project goals and user requirements.
- Creating wireframes, visual interfaces, and prototypes; annotating the wireframes; cooperating with other designers, analysts, consultants, and developers; ensuring that the interaction is properly addressed.
- Collaborate with front-end development teams to obtain stakeholder input, articulate design concepts, and outline digital experiences.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to improve the user experience.
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure that the design is accurately implemented and consistent across the development lifecycle.
- Continuously iterate on designs in response to feedback, user testing results, and changing project needs.
- Contribute to the improvement of our design processes and provide innovative ideas to enrich our digital products.
Requirements:
- Proven experience of 2 to 3 years in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects and designs.
- Strong knowledge of Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering user feedback.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and rationale.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
- Passion for continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies.
