Senior Graphic Designer / Video Editor

Blue Paan Media Agency seeking a versatile and experienced Senior Graphic Designer - Video Editor & Research Analyst to join our innovative team. This unique role combines creative design and video editing expertise with strong analytical skills to conduct research and provide insights that drive effective visual content strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in graphic design, video production, and research analysis, with the ability to translate data into compelling visuals and videos that align with our brand goals.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Video Editing:
- Create high-quality graphic designs for digital and print media, ensuring alignment with brand identity and marketing goals.
- Develop and edit video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and presentations.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to conceptualize and execute design ideas that enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Maintain a consistent visual identity across all projects and platforms.
Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market research to gather insights on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
- Analyze data and trends to inform design and content decisions, ensuring relevance and impact in target markets.
- Monitor the performance of visual content to optimize future projects.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and sales to ensure cohesive and effective visual communication.
- Present design concepts and research findings to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and improve outputs.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality.
Tools & Technologies:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Experience with video editing software and tools, as well as familiarity with motion graphics.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and the ability to apply them to design projects.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Video Editing or a related field.
Experience: At least 5 to 8 years of professional experience in graphic design, video editing, and market research.
Skills:
- Strong portfolio showcasing design and video editing work.
- Excellent research, analytical, and data interpretation skills.
- Ability to translate complex data into visually appealing and easily understandable formats.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
