Distributor Primary and Recovery Analysis on an IYA basis
Prepare analysis for monthly, Quarterly & Annually sales review meetings
Zone-wise performance analysis report (summary and Dashboard)
Get secondary sales data from the sales team and update the report
Format development and updating for different assignments assigned by directors and ZSM
Verify distributors’ claim, amount and submit to finance for disbursement
Assist National Sales Manager in nation-wide target making and all sent to zonal sales teams
Arrange Trade promotion approval from directors and ZSM for regions (Extra Pcs Scheme)
Resolution of sales team queries & provide solution
Responsible for Sales Order management (Order vs Shipment Tracking)
Adhoc data analysis as per management required
Coordinate with the finance department for determination of queries (report & ERP-related queries)
Coordinate with the Supply Chain department regarding Product availability and dispatch.
Get a secondary plan from the sales team & ensure that the region meets its plan
Follow up and update the sales team regarding target achievements
Follow up with finance for pending recoveries cheque deposited (to be confirmed by bank statement)
Keep a record of distributor monthly recoveries, timely submitted to the finance department, and ensure their posting in the distributor’s ledger.
