To understand complete organizational structure and reporting hierarchy of the company.
Prepare and develop Sales Module, Merchandising Module and objection handling module.
Responsible for sales forecasting and achievement.
Responsible for distribution selection and handing.
Responsible for visibility of all Keune range in shops up to standards.
Responsible for training and development and motivation of sales, Merchandising and Shop Promoters team.
Ensure complete order booking in given area (shop to shop).
Plan sales activities to achieve sales targets and keep sale force active.
Deploy sales techniques to counpete the curent market situation.
Plan trade offers within given budgets.
Plan sales management and training to get maximum market share and provide product awareness.
Maintain TSOs route plans of their area and ensure touring as per plan.
Responsible to solve distributor's problems.
Know about company policies,schemes, Trade offers and Price List.
Ensure sampling of new products in market.
Ensure and measure productivity of BA on LMT Stores.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
