We are is seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to lead its initiative aimed at empowering youth in Sukkur, Khairpur, and Shikarpur districts. The project focuses on disaster risk reduction, mitigation, and management through youth engagement, capacity building, and collaboration with local government representatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement, and monitor all project activities to ensure successful execution.
- Liaise with stakeholders, including local government representatives and community leaders, to foster collaboration.
- Supervise the formation and capacity building of Youth Councils and committees.
- Oversee community outreach activities and coordinate awareness campaigns.
- Manage project budgets and ensure proper reporting and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Disaster Management, or related fields.
- At least 5-7 years of project management experience, preferably in youth engagement or DRR projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Northern Sindh’s socio-cultural context is an advantage.
Job Location: Based in Northern Sindh, with frequent travel to Sukkur, Khairpur, and Shikarpur districts.
