We are seeking a highly skilled and multi-talented Office Secretary (Female) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational and communication skills, along with the ability to handle a variety of administrative, management, and coordination tasks. This role requires someone proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of supporting the CEO by understanding and executing instructions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and document handling.
  • Oversee basic HR functions, such as employee coordination and record maintenance.
  • Provide support in accounts and finance-related tasks, such as expense tracking and invoice management.
  • Handle office management responsibilities to ensure smooth operations.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Assist the CEO in managing priorities, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Coordinate cross-department activities and facilitate efficient workflows.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of administrative processes, HR, and finance principles.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to dynamic work environments.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
