As a Finance Manager at Belco Chocolates, you will be responsible for:

Leading and managing the finance team, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting
Developing and implementing financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
Overseeing financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements
Managing cash flow, treasury, and risk management
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business decisions and strategic planning
Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies

Requirements:

Years of experience in finance management, preferably in the food industry
Professional certification (CMA, CPA, or equivalent)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent financial analysis, planning, and reporting skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Strong industry knowledge and understanding of consumer packaged goods
