Accountant

We are currently seeking a dedicated and qualified Accountant to join our team at Aztek Computers in Islamabad.The ideal candidate should possess a master's degree in accounting and finance,Strong English communication skills must (drafting emails/letters for internal and external vendors and customers).The candidate should excel in multitasking, thrive under pressure, and exhibit punctuality and loyalty to their work and the organization.

Responsibilities:

Cash Management: Monitor and manage daily cash transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established financial protocols.
Bookkeeping: Maintain organized and accurate financial records, including ledger entries and expense tracking or sales.
Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements, identify discrepancies, and ensure timely resolution.
Accounts Receivable (A/R) and Accounts Payable (A/P) Handling: Manage invoicing, track payments, and ensure timely collection from debtors while also handling payments to creditors.
Account Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile accounts to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
Final Accounts Preparation and Closings: Prepare financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Participate in month-end and year-end closing procedures.
