Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities*
• Expertise in MS Excel: Proficiency with formulas, pivot tables, data lookups and creating/updating graphs for data in a presentation.
• Familiarity with MS PowerPoint and MS Word.
Responsibilities
• Accurate Payment Recording: Record payments in the accounting system (both in Excel and handwritten manual register) and update customer records.
• Data Conversion: Convert previous handwritten records into Excel.
• Data Analysis: Perform data analysis using advanced Excel features, including formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
• Account Reconciliation: Reconcile account balances and bank statements, maintain the general ledger, and prepare month-end/year-end close procedures.
• Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality of company financial information.
Requirements
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of work experience in finance.
Timings:
2 pm to 10 pm
