Purchase:

Prepare purchase orders based on sales records and demand estimates.
Ensure purchase orders are approved before placing with distributors.Stock Count:
Responsible for performing stock count of general items – 100% stock audit on the 15th of each month.
Adjustments to be approved and posted accordingly.
Stock count details will include quantity and expiry dates.
Stock count sheets will be signed by the person performing the count.
After approval, adjustments will be posted.
Avoid over-ordering items that have not been sold previously.
Place orders with distributors only after receiving approval.
Ensure every purchase order is placed through the system.
For moving products, stock re-order limits are set

Use of candela or abuzar software is preferred but not compulsory
