Key Responsibilities:

  1. Product Expertise:

    • Develop an in-depth understanding of our industrial automation products and solutions.

    • Provide technical advice and tailor solutions to meet customer requirements.
  3. Sales Presentations:

  4. Relationship Building:

    • Offer pre-sales and post-sales technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Work closely with the technical team to address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  6. Quota Attainment:

    • Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas through effective sales strategies.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share.
  7. Market Intelligence:

    • Stay abreast of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
    • Provide valuable feedback to the product development team based on market demands.

Qualifications:

  1. Technical Background:

    • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
    • Strong understanding of industrial automation technologies.
  2. Sales Skills:

    • Proven track record in technical sales, preferably in the automation or related industry.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

    • Ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
    • Strong problem-solving skills to address customer challenges.
