Assistant HR Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Assistant to join our team. The HR Assistant will provide administrative support to the Human Resources department and assist with various HR functions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and corresponding with candidates.
Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is accurately filed and up to date.
Assist with onboarding new employees, including preparing paperwork and conducting orientation sessions.
Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the HR department.
