Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervised a team of 40 service engineers across Punjab, ICT, and KPK regions.
- Maintain strong client relationships by ensuring excellent communication and a customer-centric approach.
- Deliver professional, high-quality service to clients, upholding the company’s reputation for excellence.
- Manage and achieve workshop targets in terms of service value and operational efficiency.
- Provide support in presales meetings and assist with the development of new solutions.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelors or Master's degree in Electronics, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in service management, preferably within the ATM or banking equipment industry.
- Strong knowledge of ATM hardware, software, main parts, sub-parts, installation, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Open-minded and eager to learn new techniques and technologies within the fintech industry.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
