Minimum Bachelors, preferably Master’s in banking, Economics, Commerce or Finance degree from HEC recognized institute. Relevant professional qualification like PGD in Islamic Banking
At least 12 to 15 years of relevant professional experience in Treasury market, ALM / FI’s & FX Trading Management in a reputable bank. In-depth understanding of Islamic Banking principles and Shariha Law.
The candidate must possess in-depth knowledge of regulatory regime in banking industry and experience of fund management, deployment of Islamic deposit and its management. Ensure efficient management of Foreign Exchange exposure and Nostro Funding
Ensure efficient management of periodic Shariah Audit and Compliance tasks; coordination with HO –IBSD for Developing of Islamic Treasury Products.
Ensure timely preparation and update of Islamic Treasury Manual / Policy and assist Head ALM & Money Market Desk in developing process flows and/or revise existing process flows to improve productivity of the desk while corroborating maximum automation in the process flows
