Fertilizer Marketing Specialist

A well-known agricultural company is actively seeking MPhil Agriculture candidates for various roles in fertilizer marketing across Punjab. This opportunity is open to both male and female candidates who are passionate about the agricultural sector and have a strong background in marketing agricultural products, particularly fertilizers.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for fertilizers.
Engage with farmers, retailers, and distributors to promote and sell fertilizer products.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding the use of fertilizers.
Organize and participate in agricultural fairs, exhibitions, and events to showcase products.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and expand market reach.

Requirements:

MPhil in Agriculture or related field.
Strong knowledge of agricultural practices and fertilizer products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the agricultural sector.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel across Punjab as required.
