Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine architectural designs, models, and other design-related materials under the project lead's supervision.
- Create detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software.
- Coordinate with external consultants, contractors, and vendors to integrate their designs into overall project plans.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications and building codes.
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to meet project deadlines and budgets.
- Present design proposals and progress reports to clients and incorporate feedback into revised designs.
- Research and incorporate sustainable design principles and technologies into architectural projects.
- Ensure compliance with local zoning regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in architecture and construction.
Qualifications:
- 1 to 5 years of experience working as an architect, preferably with experience on large scale projects, hospitality, commercial etc.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software.
- Strong technical skills in architectural design, construction documentation, and project management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a plus
