PKR. 70,000 - 70,000/Month

Daily workshop operations, scheduling maintenance and repair tasks.
Ensure waste management equipment and vehicles meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
Supervise and support workshop staff, including mechanics and technicians, providing training and performance evaluations.
Implement and monitor preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental standards through regular inspections.
Prepare and present reports on workshop performance, maintenance activities, and costs.
Responsible to oversee inventory management for spare parts, tools, and supplies as per defined threshold Limit.
Identify and implement improvements to enhance workshop efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Assist Line Manager in outsourced contracts management with regular external vendors and external workshops for repair and maintenance activities of the Machinery and Equipment.
Accurate documentation and tracking of all related records and maintenance activities.
Manage workshop & outsourced repair & maintenance by applying cost-saving measures.
Collaborate with other departments to minimize operational disruptions.
Any other assignment given by the Management.
