- Coordinate resources, teams, and stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of supply chain process.
- Receive, review and prioritize supply requests from regional offices.
- Validate request details against current inventory levels and project needs.
- Monitor inventory levels and adjust orders to prevent shortages or overstock.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, requests, and supplier interactions.
- Support the execution of supply chain strategies aimed at improving cost efficiency, reducing lead times, and enhancing service levels.
- Providing updates to Line Manager and stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues.
- Implement risk mitigation strategies to prevent disruptions in the supply chain.
- Track project metrics and KPIs to assess project performance.
- Utilize data to make recommendations for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Oversee supply chain operations in the field, ensuring regular coordination with the procurement department for timely procurement & resource distribution.
- Monitor & report daily supply chain & warehousing KPIs, ensuring 100% compliance as per pre-defined standards & client’s requirements.
- Constant coordination with regional supply chain team to ensure the stock levels replenishment, timely delivery of all the supplies, consumables, spare parts & equipment.
- Reporting (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) on supply chain performance, resolving discrepancies to optimize the system.
- Communicate with the field & regional office team to address challenges & ensure smooth flow.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by Management.
