Design and implement M&E frameworks, strategies, and tools specific to solid waste management.
Develop performance indicators, benchmarks, and evaluation criteria tailored to the project’s objectives.
Oversee the collection of qualitative and quantitative data related to project activities and outcomes.
Analyze data to assess project performance, identify trends, and evaluate impact.
Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and timeliness.
Prepare comprehensive M&E reports, including progress reports, impact assessments.
Document lessons learned, best practices, and recommendations for improvement.
Ensure that data collection and evaluation processes adhere to high standards of quality and integrity.
Conduct regular field visits to verify and compliance with operational KPIs, including waste management, fleet management, HR & supply chain logistics management etc.
Evaluate field performance is alignment with project standard SOPs, KPIs & objectives, highlighting non-compliance, areas for improvement & recommended actions.
Ensure real time tracking & verification of field activities to support continuous operational enhancement. Reporting on ground level operations to promote adherence to client’s expectations.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the project team.
Collaborate with project management, local authorities, and other stakeholders to align M&E activities with project goals.
Identify challenges and barriers to effective waste management and propose solutions.
Adapt M&E approaches in response to evolving project needs and external conditions.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by Management.
