RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Conduct at least one placement-related activity per month.
- Build and maintain relationships with employers to create job and internship opportunities.
- Add at least 10 new companies to the database each month.
- Match students with suitable job openings based on their skills and qualifications.
- Ensure high placement rates for students by networking with top IT companies.
- Promote Aptech graduates to organizations for employment opportunities.
- Organize career fairs, recruitment drives, and industry networking events.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employers during placement activities.
- Maintain and update student placement records.
- Maintain media presence by issuing press releases for in-house activities.
- Collect feedback from companies about student placements.
- Follow up with employers to gather feedback on student performance.
- Prepare placement reports for management review.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management
