Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of key account representatives and provide guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of account strategies
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, acting as the main point of contact for any inquiries or concerns
  • Analyze customer data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of products and services to key accounts
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing key accounts
  • Monitor and report on key account performance, providing regular updates to senior management
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the continuous improvement of key account management processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, telecommunications, or a related field
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused approach with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for growth
