We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage and oversee our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, preparing and generating Invoices to clients and vendor for the timely payments, and supporting our business decisions with sound financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

• Prepare and generate invoices to clients and vendors as and when required for timely payments.

• Create receivables and payables journals on a weekly basis.

• Conduct month-end closing processes for profit and loss assessments.

• Prepare financial reports and statements as required.

• Conduct regular financial audits and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and accounting standards.

• Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payment to employees.

• Monitor cash flow, manage banking relationships, and reconcile bank statements.

• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy.

• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support business decision-making.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Proven experience as an accountant, preferably in a startup or fast-growing company.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with team members at all levels.

• High level of integrity and professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential information.

• Proficiency in Quick books will be preferred.
