Main Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and technical issues via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide step-by-step instructions to customers for issue resolution or escalation to higher-level support when needed.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products, services, and technical specifications.
- Stay updated on product updates, new features, and industry trends.
- Supporting sales staff technically in pre-sales meetings.
- Providing application based solutions.
- Bifurcating BOQs, and making components details.
- Troubleshooting on field faults.
- Installation and wiring of accessories in MCCB and ACB.
- Alteration & installation of LV panels like ATS, PFI, PDB, SMDB, etc.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior technical support staff or appropriate departments for advanced troubleshooting.
Required Skillset:
- Understanding Drawings of Switchgear systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in BS Electrical Engineering, DAE (Electrical), or B-Tech.
- Previous experience of minimum 2-3 years in L.V switchgear is preferred.
