As the HOD you be responsible mainly for the following:

Maintaining relationships with our clients through out pakistan.
Working with your team to be able to create forecasts for the production and supply chain department.
Attend closing meetings/ help your BDO's close orders.
Attend Fairs and Exhibitions.
Ensure that all orders created are correct and rates are ok before approval of orders.
Meet weekly with the internal production and planning teams to ensure that all orders are on track.
Ensure that the company meets its targeted Sale.
Work with IT to ensure that our webpage is updated at all times.
work with technical department to bring about new products.
work with finance to ensure healthy cashflows.
ensure payments are received within the credit limit provided to clients.
