We are looking for a proactive individual with Good "Communication Skills" for the Night Shift as "Tele-Sales Representative" for our International (Outbound) sales project.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
- Logging the details in relevant software and providing timely updates
- Acknowledging and resolving customer queries and make necessary correspondence
- Creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
Requirements:
- Candidates must have basic knowledge of SEO, Digital Marketing, Social Media, and Web Development & to sell them over the call.
- Call Center experience is preferred
- 1.5 Years or above doing USA based outbound sale
- sB2B Outbound Sales Campaign
- Extensive communication skills via phone, email and chat
- Must be able to deal with pressure
- Must be comfortable working in night shifts (6 PM to 3AM)
