• Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
  • Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing documents and records
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
  • Assist with data entry, document formatting, and other clerical tasks
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and repairs
