We are seeking a full-time General Manager Projects - Constructions.
- The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing construction projects and ensuring their successful completion.
- This role requires strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate with various stakeholders.
- The General Manager will oversee all aspects of the construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and monitoring.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering duly recognized by PEC.
- PMP certification or equivalent is a plus
- Proven experience of 12-15 years in the construction of high rise buildings
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in budgeting and financial management
- Proficient in project management software and tools
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
