Social Media Content Curator / Strategist

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Curation: Develop, curate, and manage high-quality content that aligns with our brand voice, values, and goals. This includes text, images, videos, and other multimedia formats.
Social Media Strategy: Design and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and boost customer loyalty.
Platform Management: Oversee day-to-day management of our social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring consistent and timely updates.
Campaign Development: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including content calendars, promotions, and special events.
Audience Engagement: Monitor, listen, and respond to user interactions in a manner consistent with our brand voice, fostering a positive online community.
Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Collaborative Projects: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align social media efforts with broader business objectives.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist, Content Curator, or similar role.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design.
Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable strategies.
Familiarity with food industry regulations, particularly HACCP, is a plus.
Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
