Assisting in analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and supporting the development and implementation of solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Working closely with stakeholders, project managers, and senior business analysts to gather requirements, document processes, and contribute to the successful delivery of projects.
Specific Requirements:
- Good in Documentation and Communication Skills
- Familiar with SDLC
- Prior experience in Software house is preferred
- Candidates with the experience in business domain of ERP, BI and IoT are preferable
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
